BASES Supporting National Biomechanics Day - 8 April 2020

BASES are proud to be sponsors of the 5th Annual National Biomechanics Day (NBD) - a worldwide celebration of all things Biomechanics.
From 2016 - 2019 NBD events have been hugely successful with over 29,000 students and 900 teachers around the world participating in fun and fabulous Biomechanics activities.
BASES is raising awareness of NBD by hosting the BASES Student Conference 2020 Here on April 15 & 16 at Solent University in Southhampton. We will be running a competition to revel in the Biomechanics of it all.
The competition is open to all BASES student members and its goal is to identify the best NBD-biomechanics outreach/engagement activity. We will require entrants to provide evidence of the above (photos/video/poster/articles/text etc) and email them to Angus Boyle - aboyle@bases.org.uk by Monday 1 April.
The prize will be a year’s free BASES student membership . The winners will be announced at the BASES Student Conference 2020, “Equality, Diversity, and Overcoming Adversity in Sport and Exercise Science,” at Solent University, April 15-16.
