The University of Highlands and Islands are seeking applications for the post of Part-Time Lecturer (Adventure Sport Science) to work in the School of Adventure Studies at West Highland College UHI.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Sport Science (preferably Sport Psychology) or other relevant discipline, and experience in lecturing Sport Psychology at undergraduate level using remote delivery approaches.
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to relate to students of all abilities.
Remote/home-based working is possible with this post.
Location: This post can be delivered online from any location, with one visit per semester to Fort William (negotiable)
Salary: Pay will be on our teaching salary scale P1-5, £33,500 - £41,526 per annum (pro-rata), dependent on qualifications
Working Hours: 14 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term – One year
