Supervision approach

I take an active, flexible and supportive approach to supervision.
I currently offer a blended model of support including 1-1 support, invitations to observation workshops and applied practice and access to online resources to support training and development.
The individual needs, interests, learning styles and career aspirations of trainees shape my approach to supervision.

Further information

I currently work at Heriot Watt University where we deliver an MSc in Sport Psychology. We have the benefit of connections with Oriam high performance sport centre (home to Scottish Rugby, Squash and soon to be Tennis) and several other National Governing bodies. We also lead a project to support staff and student well-being by increasing physical activity engagement. We therefore have connections with multiple partners which are beneficial for prospective trainees.
