Supervision approach

The supervision process and approach is based on enthusiasm and commitment for learning and development, predominantly this would come from both the supervisor, and supervisee, the aim would be that is would generate a reciprocal relationship fundamental to the continual growth of our profession.
The approach would seek to set a positive and effective climate based on; creating a safe environment for learning and developing, facilitating creative thinking and trial and error in thinking, and providing honest, empathetic, and constructive feedback and information.
