Supervision approach

I am keen to work with candidates to find the approach that works best for their needs of the individual so I assess on a case by case basis. As a supervisor I am driven to create the most enjoyable and worthwhile process for those undertaking the pathway and will work with them towards their goals as a collective. This might be regular individual meetings or with wider supervisee groups when possible.

I am Welsh first language and therefore can supervise in Welsh if that is preferred.
