Supervision approach
During supervision, I offer SEPAR candidates both individual (quarterly) and group sessions (also quarterly). The individual sessions are based around particular pertinent areas of discussion for your individual practice, including, for example, philosophy of practice, ethics, practice delivery etc. Ultimately, these will be driven by what you as a candidate feels is pertinent for you at that time point. Group sessions will be focused around pertinent current issues within sport and exercise psychology delivery. This may include areas which several SEPAR candidates have raised as areas of interest within their own practice, new areas of research, areas of controversy etc. All students who I supervise also have the opportunity to contact me between supervision sessions should they have any particular areas for clarity or if they need support with particular supervision queries.
