Supervision approach

I offer a collaborative approach to supervision whereby as supervisor and supervisee we will work together to support your development and progress through your professional accreditation. Whilst fully appreciating the need for flexibility in the dynamic work we live in, together we can determine your supervision goals, align our expectations of each other, and adapt as necessary to support your successful completion.

Further information

Having accumulated 15 years of performance psychology experience in both full time and consultancy roles I have been lucky enough to work across a range of different sports ranging from athletics, gymnastics, lacrosse, and weightlifting. Predominately however, I spent the first 10 years of my applied practice working in the world of elite and professional football at both domestic and international level. My applied work now sits more broadly across sport and business, with my main work in sports clients sitting within Professional Cricket and Football. I am North East based but happy to offer remote supervision as required. With a strong belief that we can learn a lot from each other I like to combine individual supervision with group supervision sessions. These session may with within my supervisory group or linking up with other supervisors and their supervisees too.
