Supervision approach

My aim is to support your development as a practitioner by offering guidance, advice, and setting tasks and goals. Together, we'll navigate the SE process through a comprehensive needs assessment and action planning. Initially, we'll use the SE Competency Framework, but our scope will expand to address all of your practice needs. We will set clear timelines to help you stay focused and progressing, but these will be flexible to accommodate your life and work situation. I envision this as a peer-to-peer process, where I am simply further along the journey, and I hope my supervisors see it this way too.
