  • Promote the use of evidence-informed sport and exercise science education
  • Identify improvements in traditional approaches and support innovation in curriculum planning, teaching and learning, assessment and educational management
  • Recognise the global nature of teaching and learning in sport and exercise science education
  • Influence the continued development of sport and exercise science education through collaboration with relevant national, regional and international bodies

  • Engaging with, and seeking the views of, Heads of Department at their forthcoming Forum in March 2019
  • Planning a series of Education and Teaching related articles that will feature within future editions of the Association's Sport and Exercise Scientist
  • Promoting the sharing of information through networking, conferences, publications and online activities
  • Considering applied and professional issues for practitioners from a Teaching and Learning perspective
