Call out for BASES Awards Committee Chair - deadline 5 July

BASES wish to appoint a Chair for the BASES Awards Committee. The successful applicant will serve a term of three years.
The Awards Committee consists of six BASES professional members covering a broad range of expertise who are appointed by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. In addition to reviewing applications for awards and grants, the Chair has the responsibility of making final decisions on successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications for BASES awards (up to 4 each year) and grants (up to 5 each year)
- Assist with the process of judging annual conference and student conference awards
- Respond to e-mails in a timely fashion (ideally the same day).
