A busy day for BASES on Wednesday 6 March 2024!
Three of the BASES divisions will be hosting events for members.
Both the Physiology and Nutrition Division and the Physical Activity for Health divisions have informal on-line networking sessions both focusing on Pedagogy and the Sport and Performance Division is hosting their first face to face Division Day since before COVID-19.
The Physiology and Nutrition Division’s online coffee morning will run from 10:00 -11:00 on Wednesday 6 March. This event will have a pedagogy focus and we will be discussing ideas of how to engage students with physiology and nutrition. Please log in to the Members’ Area to find details on how to join.
The Physical Activity for Health Division’s online networking event will run from 11:00 -12 noon on Wednesday 6 March. This event will have a pedagogy focus. It will start with two short presentations, one on the BASES Pedagogy Accreditation route and the second on the ‘Athletic skills model’, followed by an informal chat about pedagogy to share thoughts, questions and best practice with each other.
