Description

This is an applied coaching role and the successful candidate will proactively engage with performers, they will be action orientated, results focussed and thrive at putting theory into practice. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • One to one individual development planning for elite military technical skill training as well as lifestyle management
  • Broader consultancy on the design of group training and development programmes
  • Development and facilitation of bespoke workshops and psych-evaluation programmes. 

You will work as part of a dynamic, applied, multi-disciplinary Human Performance team which includes military personnel and civilian experts which are integrated into the unit. 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Psychology or Sports Science (All disciplines) 
  • Professional coaching experience 
  • Three Days a week on site, South Dorset 
  • Professional Accreditation (or working towards) 

Security Clearance will also be required but can be requested upon successful application.
