Job Title: Men’s First Team Rehabilitation Coach

Hours: This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, as well as bank

Location: The American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. You will be expected to
undertake travel as is necessary to fulfil your job requirements and to the satisfaction of Brighton & Hove
Albion FC.

Help us with innovative delivery of return to play
This is a new role within our elite medical team. You will lead with the day-to-day running and
administration of the rehabilitation and return to play programme and protocols. Working collaboratively
with our Physical Performance Manager and Technical Coaches you will successfully optimise training
procedures and individualise return to play and training sessions. You will support in the design and
delivery of individual player and team-based physical performance training programmes whilst analysing
performance data.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain a positive can-do attitude in a pressurised and elite
environment. You will have extensive experience of working in elite levels of professional football in a
first team environment. You will have high capabilities in applying strength and conditioning theories and
methodology in a high-performance environment. You must have an undergraduate degree in Sports
Science, or similar and demonstrable experience in using different performance monitoring systems.
