* Every new BASES member that you recruit, earns you an entry into a quarterly draw, with the prize of a £50 BASES Voucher.

* Recruit 10 or more BASES members and you will automatically receive a £50 BASES voucher.

Simply, instruct your students to join online by going to www.bases.org.uk, followed by Join BASES. And then ask them to put your name in the 'Recommended by' box on their online membership form.

Please contact us if you would like leaflets or posters to distribute to your students or put up on campus noticeboards.

Terms and Conditions

Quarterly draw

• Each quarter all names of those who are recorded on a BASES membership application form as a recommender will be entered in a Prize Draw. Winners will be drawn at random by a member of the BASES Operational Group.
• The Prize Draw takes place each quarter in the first week of April (for recommendations from January to March inclusive), July (for recommendations from April to June inclusive), October (for recommendations from July to September inclusive) and January (for recommendations from October to December inclusive). The winner will be notified by e-mail that day.
• The prize is a £50 BASES voucher to spend on BASES products (membership fees, workshops, conference attendance).
• The voucher is non transferable and valid for one year.
• No cash alternatives will be offered.
• BASES' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• BASES reserves the right to use the winners' name, photograph and opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and by entering our Prize Draws you consent to such use.
• This promotion runs until 31 March 2009.

Recruit 10 or more members

• All BASES members recruiting 10 or more new BASES members per year will receive a £50 BASES voucher to spend on BASES products (membership fees, workshops, conference attendance).
• The year runs from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009.
• New members are asked on the membership application form who recommended them to join BASES. The recommenders will be entered into the BASES Membership database and this data will be used to determine which members have recruited 10 or more new BASES members per year.
• Those qualifying for the voucher will be notified by e-mail the first week in April 2008.
• The voucher is non transferable and valid for one year.
• No cash alternatives will be offered.
• BASES' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• BASES reserves the right to use the winners' name, photograph and opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and by entering our Prize Draws you consent to such use.
