The role of sport psychologist in an Olympic, Paralympic and professional sports environment is a good deal more complex than simply teaching mental skills.

This workshop explores the variety of often conflicting demands on practitioners; and how your motivation, emotions, experiences and biases play a key part in your impact and interactions with athletes, coaches and all team members.

This highly experiential workshop will help you create and maintain more effective and influential working relationships. It will be practical and feature the most up to date input and experience from an Olympic and Paralympic psychologist and GB Canoeing’s Performance Director 1998-2017.
