Booking forms must be received no later than 2 weeks before the workshop date.
Delegates are advised to pay the full delegate fee before the workshop commences.
All invoices must have a purchase order number to secure your place on the workshop at the time of booking.
Please note cheques are no longer acceptable.
Confirmation of your workshop place will be sent to you by email to confirm your place. If you do not receive this please contact the office to see if a place has been reserved for you and whether your booking form has been received.

- Book early as places are limited.
- All workshop booking forms must be returned at least 2 weeks before the workshop date.
- On receipt of your booking form you will receive acknowledgement of receipt.
- See the website for venues and exact locations.
- Lunch is included.
- BASES reserves the right to cancel or change the workshop programme.
- Cheques are no longer acceptable for payment.
Cancellations and substitutions
Any cancellations received up to 14 days before the workshop are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Workshops require a minimum number of delegates to run.
If a workshop is to be withdrawn, this will be done no later than 14 days prior to the workshop date.
