Description

Your role: •Leading on the delivery of the ‘Tall, Talented and Trainable’ training programme, assessment schedule and data analysis, in close partnership with the project lead talent identification scientist, lead training science research officer, GB Rowing talent manager and rowing talent coaches delivering the programme •Communicating findings and forward plans with credibility and expert-authority to the key project stakeholders, i.e. UK Sport performance directorate (incl. Talent Team & R&I Team), GB Rowing Team podium and development coaches, managers and scientists (incl. NGB and non-NGB/EIS staff). You should have: •A qualification at degree level in sports science specialising in the area of physical preparation of elite athletes •A qualification at higher degree level specialising in physical preparation of elite athletes •Experience in the provision of physiological support to athletes and coaches to improve performance.
