BASES Undergraduate Endorsement Scheme (BUES)

The BASES Undergraduate Endorsement Scheme (BUES) awards endorsement to those sport and exercise science related courses that provide undergraduates with the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills that BASES considers essential to enter into the profession; which may be postgraduate study, Supervised Experience, work in elite sport or in a health environment etc. Click here for further information on BUES

BASES Student Conference

All sport and exercise science students are encouraged to attend the annual BASES Student Conference. 
The student conference provides a friendly atmosphere in which to present your research, meet fellow sport and exercise science students, talk to those who are more established in the field and socialise. 

BASES Undergraduate Dissertation or the Year Award 

This award is given annually for an outstanding undergraduate sport and/or exercise sciences dissertation made by a BASES member who is a final year undergraduate. The prize is an expenses paid oral presentation at the BASES Annual Student Conference. Expenses up to £200 on proof of receipts will be awarded.

BASES Masters Dissertation of the Year Award

Established in 2010, this award is given annually for an outstanding sport and/or exercise sciences dissertation made by a BASES member who is this calendar year (1 January to 31 December) a UK Masters student. ‘Masters’ includes MSc, MA, MPhil and MRes in a sport and/or exercise sciences related area. The prize is an expenses paid oral presentation at the BASES Annual Conference. Expenses up to £200 on proof of receipts will be awarded.
