Martin Dixon, Lecturer in Sports Coaching and Professional Development at Staffordshire University, Sarah Lee and Professor Tony Ghaye are editing another special issue of the journal Reflective Practice to celebrate the success of the London 2012 games and prepare for Rio 2016. The main themes are coaching, psychology and high performance environments although the journal is multidisciplinary and they are seeking papers from a diversity of perspectives.
