By joining BASES you must agree to abide by the code of conduct.
Please try to avoid registering a HOTMAIL email address as the system may sometimes not recognise the address.
2. Direct Debit
To pay by Direct Debit the instruction to your Bank or Building Society requires your signature, so joining online is not possible. Please download an application and direct debit form for completion and post to the BASES office.
