I'd like to encourage all members of the group to participate in these forum discussions. Hopefully this will be a more regular way of talking with each other and therefore get regular discussions, debates, and sharing of information between members. Cheers, Grant. PIE Group Convenor

It's great to get this forum live at last. I'm looking forward to the discussions that develop on this forum and the opportunities that this will provide for me to learn more about the area and to chat with both new and existing colleagues. Best wishes Barry (PIE Deputy Convenor)

What success have people had using intermittent exercise training with endurance athletes?

I cannot vouch for success of intermittent exercise training with endurance athletes. However, recent research by undergraduates at York St John University show a significant improvement in intermittent sprint exercise following a low ingestion of caffeine compared to placebo. Can anyone support/argue this?
