If at any time you are not satisfied with the sport and exercise science services that you receive, you are encouraged to first discuss the matter with the scientist. If you think that the matter has still not been resolved and that the scientist has violated the BASES Code of Conduct, you may put your complaint in writing and address it to the Chair of BASES where it will be heard by the Board.
